Products Cut To Order From Reclaimed Wood

Flooring

One of the unique products I offer is wide plank tongue and groove flooring. Standard sizes range from 4” to 6” wide in 5’-0” to 10’-0” lengths x ¾” thickness. Because I do my own processing, I can tongue and groove up to 10” wide and several inches thick for custom orders. Having me process your wood beams and logs or mine into flooring is a great way to show off nature's beauty in your home.

Dimensional Lumber

For woodworker projects to professional designers and craftsmen is another unique supply I offer. Flat sawn, quarter sawn, book match, consecutive cut sets, live sawn (European style) are all part of my operation. Small and large unique book match sets offer the craftsmen the opportunity to make some outstanding tables and furniture. Live edge boards offer another opportunity for clever designs. One Piece Slabs/Natural-Edge Boards

If one piece slabs are your desire, check these out. Some are kiln dried, some air dried and some are still green. Slabs up to 3” thick x 10’-0” long x 42” wide are available for tables, counter tops, and bar tops. These are show stoppers once they have a final finish on them. I offer these rough sawn or I can sand them and apply a two part epoxy bar top finish for you.

Make use of downed trees–why make chips or firewoood and then go to the
lumber yard for trim and funiture stock?

My products are always made from reclaimed timber which means you are likely to find a greater range of species and of unconventional character and grain than you will find from most lumber suppliers. We can use your timber or my stock.

For a different kind of recycled wood, how about cedar cut from used utility poles? Naturally weather resistant cedar with its orange-red color is an alternate reclaimed product for outdoor furniture, gazebos, fencing, and decks. Rough cut green lumber can be used for many outdoor projects, from pergolas to bridges, truck beds to trailer planking, equipment ramps to sand boxes. Rough cut green lumber is also popular for horse fencing and lining stalls.
